With staff support, our youth participate in a range of exciting initiatives from creative workshops to outdoor adventures that make learning fun.
Whether it’s leadership and mentorship programs or community projects, our dynamic initiatives empower our staff and Service Users to reach their potential. Our family environment promotes genuine relationships where young people and employees feel valued, heard and encouraged to grow through initiatives that enrich wellbeing.

We have created a progressive, person-centered approach that help develop any child no matter where they are in their own journey. Learn more about SEED here
We have a dedicated impact and wellbeing team that create activities and events for the young people and staff each month. These help discover passions, hobbies and educate on life skills.
