Accelerated progression
Your current level → Level 4: Deputy Manager (£18/hour)
With your 1+ year of experience and your Level 3 Health and Social Care Qualfication you’ll progress more quickly toward Deputy Manager level. We recognise what you know and focus on developing the management and specialist skills that will advance your career.

Who we’re looking for
1+ year of care experience – you understand the fundamentals
Proven track record with young people
Ready and eager to develop skills for management responsibilities

The nitty gritty
Contract and flexible shifts patterns, including long days and 24-hour patterns. Full driving licence with business insurance required. Enhanced DBS needed. All training funded.
