You’ll see that 90.6% of Welsh staff rated services as good or better (76.9% very good or excellent), while 98.9% of English staff rated services good or better (91.1% very good or excellent). The report breaks down scores across 30 different indicators including training provision, supervision quality and organisational support, with detailed analysis of what staff value most.
Every single Deputy Manager role in 2025 was filled through internal promotion; proof that our Career Pathway delivers real progression, not just promises. The report details how 12 colleagues moved into more senior positions throughout the year: five Support Workers became Deputy Managers, six Deputy Managers stepped up to House Manager and one House Manager advanced to Area Manager. You’ll see the complete framework—from Level 2 entry qualifications through to Level 5 leadership programs—and discover how 14 staff are currently working toward professional qualifications, all fully funded. This isn’t professional development as an afterthought; it’s a structured pipeline that turns frontline staff into expert leaders.
